Photographer Release Form












I,_____________________ do hereby give Dangerous Dolls and parties designated by Dangerous Dolls including clients, licensees, purchasers, agencies and periodicals, the irrevocable right to use my name and photographs with regards to any model and shoot that has been purchased and uploaded to the Dangerous Dolls Website for reproduction in any medium including but not limited to print and electronic (e.g., digital images).

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with an image that I have taken or the use to which it may be applied.  I further release Dangerous Dolls or others for whom he/she/they is/are acting, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting the model to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn and indignity.

I acknowledge that I may use the photographs for non commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and promotional web sites and advertisements, provided that the Dangerous Dolls URL, copyright and logo is stamped on all photographs or reproductions.  I will not sell publications rights in any way or all of the photos without Dangerous Dolls consent or forfeit my rights of use under this release.

I acknowledge that the photography sessions were conducted in a completely proper and professional manner and this release was willingly signed.  I have read this release and fully understand it’s contents.
